Will this hurt?

What's actually in the serum — where does it come from?
The active ingredient comes from the cord lining of red deer umbilical cords — collected ethically after birth. It contains over 3,000 naturally occurring growth factors and proteins. I've tried serums before and they did nothing. Why is this different?
